Our Emergency Response

When you contact us with an emergency, here's what happens:

1. Immediate triage — we assess the situation over the phone and determine the urgency.
2. Dispatch — we contact the nearest available licensed repairer and aim to have them on-site within 2–4 hours in most metro areas.
3. Temporary make-safe — if the skylight cannot be fully repaired immediately, the repairer will make it weathertight with a temporary cover or board-up.
4. Full repair — once materials are sourced, the permanent repair or replacement is completed.

Insurance Claims

If your skylight has been damaged by a storm or other insured event, our repairers can provide a detailed written quote and report to support your insurance claim. Many insurers accept our tradespeople's documentation directly.
